Hillary and Steve Higgins of Hillary's Bridal Shop attended the January 20th Chamber Meeting to present a Brown Bear Costume to the Bear Committee. Hand-made by Hillary, the bear costume came complete with his own vest and eyeglasses!!! Thank you Hillary & Steve
